St. Patrick’s Day Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 24 Wonton wraps

  • 8 oz Guacamole

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN - Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

  2. PREPARE WONTON WRAPPERS - Fill each cup of a mini muffin pan with the desired number of wonton wrappers and press down to form cups. Make sure that the corners do not fold in before baking.

  3. BAKE WONTON WRAPPERS - Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the wrappers are golden brown.

  4. COOL - Remove from the oven and allow the wrappers to cool for at least 5 minutes.

  5. SERVE - Just before serving, divide the guacamole between the crispy wonton cups and serve immediately.
