Nutritional Counseling - 4 Week Bundle
Session 1: Initial coaching session covers Health Risk Assessment, food journaling, goal setting, meal prep planning, and weekly activity goals.
Session 2: The Health Coach will help set goals and to-dos for the week ahead.
Session 3: Setting goals and/or homework for the week ahead.
Session 4: Define long-term goals and determine the need for additional sessions.
